Terms & Conditions

Appointments may be booked online through our website or by contacting us directly. When you book, you are responsible for providing accurate contact details and selecting the correct service. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.

We kindly ask that any cancellation or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a deposit being required for future bookings.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other clients. We will always do our best to accommodate you whenever possible.

All prices listed on our Services & Pricing page are in euros (€) and include applicable Finnish VAT. Prices are reviewed periodically and may be updated without prior notice. The price applicable to your appointment is the price displayed at the time of booking.

Payment is made in the salon at the end of your appointment. We accept cash and major debit and credit cards. Receipts are available on request.

Our team is trained to deliver professional barbering and hair services with care and skill. We will not be held liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities to products unless you have informed us in advance of any known allergies. Personal belongings remain your responsibility throughout your visit.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and booking information
• Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
• Inform us of any allergies, sensitivities or relevant medical conditions
• Treat our staff and other clients with respect
• Settle payment in full at the end of your appointment
